Hi animal, welcome to my place. My name is Gabriel but please call me Gabby or GB. In Dutch, I’m usually called Gap or Gappie. I’m from the Netherlands, informally Holland, which is a free country in the European Union. The people here speak Dutch, which is closely related to English. They usually respect each other, have privacy, engage in small talk, are direct and usually open-minded, have their own opinions, and are generally nice people. It’s a very gezellig country with almost no corruption, but I consider myself a good global citizen who speaks global English.
Here, I like to share things that I think are interesting, and give you my thoughts and opinions. I’m normally an easygoing, direct person who’s allergic to bullshit. I focus on reality, love to envision stuff, and privately judge people by their actions. I’m sort of a perfectionist, although perfection doesn’t exist, and like to do things my own way. I’m a bit playful at times, always get overexcited about new things (my apologies), and like to think deeply sometimes. I’m curious, creative, down-to-earth, imaginative, inventive, and have a strong focus on quality, consistency, and trying out new things.
I’m a positive atheist and a night owl who’s open-minded and stupidly honest. I’m quite sensitive, but not that serious, unless I have to be, and I’m a little bit crazy at times. I need my privacy, have selective patience, and am good at dealing with problems. I care about freedom, don’t like jealous and selfish people, and hate violence.
I eat slowly, am a picky eater, and love pizza. I like badminton, and think I like baseball. I love to swim, and think I like snorkelling. I don’t like crowded places, love it when it rains, and I guess I’m a bit of a homebody who takes calming long hot showers. I love to play science fiction and horror movies and video games, and love to have a drink, but don’t like smoking, etc. I have a highly sensitive nose, and have to take a Centrum multivitamin everyday because I don’t eat well.
But above all else, I’m a digital astronaut who’s very interested in space, technology, and science fiction!
